FUNCIONES:

Los registros de documentos prestan un servicio fundamental en el desenvolvimiento normal de la actuación administrativa, tanto en el ámbito de su funcionamiento interno como en su relación con los administrados. De esta forma:

–  Se garantizan los derechos de los ciudadanos dejando constancia de sus relaciones documentales con la administración, indicando la fecha y hora del registro de los documentos, la fecha del documento y el número de registro que proceda.

–  Se satisface la necesidad de ordenar las entradas y salidas de documentos de cualquier Administración pública, así­ como de diligenciar la expedición de copias, devolución de documentos y distribución interna de los mismos a sus áreas y/o departamentos de destino.

HORARIOS:

El régimen de dí­as y horarios de apertura de las oficinas del registro municipal se establecerá mediante resolución de la Alcaldí­a, siendo en la actualidad los siguientes:

–   SAC San Miguel: de lunes a viernes de 8 a 14 horas. Calle Antonio Alonso 19, San Miguel de Abona.

–   SAC Las Chafiras: de lunes a viernes de 8 a 14:00 horas. Ctra. Gral. a Las Galletas 4, Las Chafiras, San Miguel de Abona.
